He has substantial federal trial experience in both bench and jury trials as well as substantial experience litigating cross-border international arbitrations before arbitral tribunals in various fora.
Mr. Rotondi enjoys a diverse client base. His has represented foreign and domestic governments, some of the world’s largest corporations, individuals on Forbes List of Richest People in America, corporate directors and officers, and "Key Executives," as well as indigent pro bono clients – all with equal vigor. He has counseled the Board of Directors of corporations as well as the Board of Directors of Self-Regulatory Organizations regarding cutting-edge issues, including issues of first impression. He counsels leaders in industries such as financial services, financial products, insurance, energy, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and personal care products, and banking, among others.
In representing his clients, Mr. Rotondi often supervises, manages and directs the work of attorneys in international and regional law firms, including "Wall Street Law Firms." He has extensive experience with multifaceted legal and economic issues, including complex damage analysis related to financial products, creating and managing settlement distribution funds, and creating, managing and maintaining global remediation programs.
Prior to opening his firm, Mr. Rotondi gained extensive experience while affiliated with well-established global NYC Wall Street and Washington D.C. law firms. Most recently, Mr. Rotondi was a partner in a 750-attorney firm with more than 35 international offices.
